What is LureSec?
Context: There was a show on TV in the USA called "Bait Car" where the police would leave a car with the keys in it and wait for a thief to come and steal the car. As soon as the thief stole the car they were apprehended by the police.
LureSec allows you to add "bait" or "lures" to your database, email lists, servers/computers, and code base which will alert you when accessed or used without authorization.
With the rise in hacking and corporate espionage companies are always on edge about the security of their infrastructure. In the last few years we've seen even the largest companies get hacked
How is a small business who doesn't have a fully staffed security team supposed to know when they have been hacked or their data has been stolen? LureSec provides the tools to alert you sooner than later of data leaks and file exfiltration.
