Start Up and Professional plans can invite multiple users to their organization or account. There are 3 different user accounts that can exist within an organization.
User Type
Privileges
Admin
Full control within organization
User
Cannot interact with subscription/plan data or invoices. Cannot view or create API key.
Read Only
Can only view portal. Cannot make any changes or view sensitive data
Creating a User
Follow these steps to create a user.
From the Dashboard on Account on the left sidebar
Under Account select Users
Click the button
When prompted enter the email address of the user to invite.
Click the button
The user will receive an email with the invitation
Once a user has been invited you can update the permissions for them by clicking on the buttons or
Removing a user
There may come a time where you would like to remove a user.
