User Documentation

Start Up and Professional plans can invite multiple users to their organization or account. There are 3 different user accounts that can exist within an organization.

User Type Privileges
AdminFull control within organization
UserCannot interact with subscription/plan data or invoices. Cannot view or create API key.
Read OnlyCan only view portal. Cannot make any changes or view sensitive data

Follow these steps to create a user.
  1. From the Dashboard on Account on the left sidebar
  2. Under Account select Users
  3. Click the button
  4. When prompted enter the email address of the user to invite.
  5. Click the button
  6. The user will receive an email with the invitation
  7. Once a user has been invited you can update the permissions for them by clicking on the buttons or
There may come a time where you would like to remove a user.
  1. From the Dashboard on Account on the left sidebar
  2. Under Account select Users.
  3. Find the user and click on the button
  4. When prompted click
